USAGE: For general health, take 1 level teaspoon (4 grams) of Safe Soda Life BODY in between 250ml and 500ml of water as desired, 30-60 minutes prior to food.

In most cases use our Safe Soda Life pH Test Kits to check your saliva pH first thing in the morning. The saliva must be checked before any food is taken, water or brushing your teeth.
Tear off enough of the strip to make wet with your saliva for about 2 to 5 seconds. Note the colour change and match the colour change with the colour chart on the dispenser.

USAGE: Full size bath: Put between 3 to 5 tablespoons of Safe Soda Life BATH in your bath. You can check the water pH using the Safe Soda Life pH Test Kits. Soak your body in the warm bath for 15 to 20 mins. Repeat twice daily for best results.
Baby bath: Put between 1/2 to 1 table spoon of Safe Soda Life BATH into a baby bath. You can check the water pH using the Safe Soda Life pH Test Kits. Soak your baby in the warm bath for 10 to 15 mins. Repeat twice daily for best results.
Foot Spa: Put between 1 to 2 table spoon of Safe Soda Life BATH into a foot spa. You can check the water pH using the Safe Soda Life pH test kits. Soak your feet in the warm foot spa for 15 to 20 mins. Repeat twice daily for best results.
Spray Bottle: Put between 1 to 2 Teaspoons of Safe Soda Life BATH into a spray bottle. You can check the water pH using the Safe Soda Life pH test kits. Spray a fine mist onto the effected area at least 4 times a day. Let air dry and do not wipe off.
Paste: Mix 1 teaspoon of Safe Soda Life BATH with a few drops of coconut Oil to make a paste. Apply paste to effected area and cover with a bandaid or bandage. Change paste at least twice daily for best results.
